UPPER OXFORD TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
DECEMBER 5, 2005
The Upper Oxford Township Planning Commission held its regular monthly meeting at the township building, 1185 Limestone Road, Russellville, PA at 7:30 P.M. on Monday, December 5, 2005.
Members present: Christine Nibouar, Sam Reyburn, Henry Huber, Harold Bryson and Thomas Williams
Others present: Betsy Huber, Charles Fleischmann, Kera Smith and Steve Donnelley
The meeting was called to order by the vice-chairman, Thomas Williams at 7:30 P.M.
BRENDAN DOUGHERTY – 2 lot subdivision on Kimble Road. This property is mostly in Lower Oxford Township with a portion of the drive in Upper Oxford Township. Although drive part of flag lot is longer than 400 feet, the dwelling is located in Lower Oxford Township. Motion was made by Harold Bryson, seconded by Henry Huber and carried to request the Board of Supervisors of Upper Oxford Township to waive the review process for the Brendan Dougherty subdivision. MOTION CARRIED
MICHAEL PELET, n/k/a George Kiriakidi – 11 Lot Final Subdivision Plan on University Road. The Planning Module for this subdivision has not received approval from D.E.P.
MEETING DATES – The meeting dates for 2006 were reviewed by the Planning Commission. Motion was made by Henry Huber, seconded by Harold Bryson and carried to approve the meeting dates with the exception of July 5, should be changed to July 3rd.
CHARLES FLEISCHMANN informed the Planning Commission that he met with the Oxford Area School Board. The district has 3000 homes to be approve when the sewer plant is approved. They are promoting industrial and commercial development instead of residential.
ADJOURNMENT – Motion was made by Harold Bryson, seconded by Christine Nibouar and carried to unanimously to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.
